Optimised smart alerts for significant changes in lab/field samples and quick access to Alerts from Monitoring Run

V 2.10

Available from 19 September 2024

Improvements

Optimised smart alerts for significant changes in lab/field samples

To help reduce unnecessary alerts, we have enhanced our smart alert generation process to ensure users are only notified of significant changes. Editing a published lab/field sample record will now trigger a new alert only when the new value is in exceedance. Any change in value that invalidates a previously generated exceedance alert will now display an invalid tag.

Quick access to Alerts from Monitoring Run

To help streamline navigation between pages and improve response times, users can now quickly identify and address exceedance alerts directly within the Sample card in a Monitoring Run via the Alerts header.

Fixes

Lab reports with custom limits now editable

We have corrected multiple issues to ensure lab reports linked to a Monitoring Program with custom limits and standards can be successfully edited.

Streamlined lab report import process based on lab feedback

We have enhanced the lab report import process by excluding non-numeric parameter types from validation checks. This improvement, driven by lab feedback, reduces the need for manual edits and simplifies the import of lab report files.

Improved search functionality for points/bores by alias name

We have fixed an issue that prevented searching Points/Bores by their Alias name when filtered by Monitoring Program. Users can now easily find Points/Bores using either their Alias or original name, improving search efficiency and the overall user experience.

Enhanced data security in the Parameters’ mapping page

We have improved the Parameters’ Mapping page to display the mapping list based on user site access. This fix ensures that restricted information is only accessible to authorised users, enhancing data security and compliance.

Improved Site Health dashboard visibility for exceedance points

We have fixed an issue in the Site Health dashboard map view where exceedance points (red) were hidden behind other points in the group. To enable users to quickly identify and address critical issues, red has been set as the priority group colour.
